  Customer Service and Hospitality Training are Judi's specialty. She is the founder of Granite State Ambassadors, Inc. New Hampshire's premier hospitality training program; training and managing volunteers and employees who serve on the front lines at visitor centers throughout the State of New Hampshire. We also work with Travel Industry of America in the National Certification of Travel Counselors program. Judi has trained thousands in the art of hospitable customer service in New Hampshire, New England, Nationally, and Internationally.
