So you don't have time to complete every project, send an e-blast, produce an expo, develop a program... We are here to help. With expertise in hospitality, tourism, bookkeeping, restaurant management, payroll, human resources, volunteer management, email marketing, and a lot more little things, we can provide a wide variety of project management services.
- RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT
Whether you are in need of a full R&D project or simply information gathering, we are here to support your informational needs.
- SPECIAL EVENTS
With over 30 years of experience in special event planning and with additional access to the best event planners available, you can count on each event being spectacular! Personally, Judi and Jacki have put together performances for presidential campaigns, community celebrations, business events, expositions, and house parties. From budgeting and planning, to staff and volunteer management, to on-site execution, we will help you with any or all of your event planning needs. Some recent events we have worked on in various capacities include:
- New England Visitor Center Association's Annual Forums
- New Hampshire's Governor's Conference
- Made in New Hampshire Try It and Buy It Expo
- NH Farm & Forest Expo
- "Meet Me in New Hampshire" - An event FOR Meeting Planners
- COMMUNICATION SERVICES [Our Favorite]
Email marketing, social media, Twitter... To some, these formats are daunting. If you've read through our Information Services page, you will find that we are willing to share what we know and what we are finding out. We are even willing to spend some time on the phone with you... But if this is still overwhelming, we can help you plan and move your planning to action!
We also can help in the theory of communication at a pedestrian level. We are not a big marketing company, nor are we communications experts, but we have been working to perfect the everyday, employee, volunteer, small business group communications process. Call us!
- CHOREOGRAPHING CHANGE
Are you in the midst of change? Are you working hard to make sure your board, fellow employees, volunteers, and the public know what you are trying to accomplish? Do you need help? We can choreograph a change strategy to help keep all the pieces working in harmony. We can simply help you develop your plan or we can help bring a team of change agents into your business to work through every detail of your change.
- MENTORING
1:1 Mentoring is one of our (Judi's) favorite jobs! During the last bank failures in 1991, Judi worked at Amoskeag Bank. Throughout the transition, Judi worked to develop the best case scenarios for and after the bank's transition. She managed 5 departments within the "special assets" world. The reason for this story? Well ultimately Judi's job (as she saw it) was to work her way out of a job! She saw her position as a way to develop others, develop departments, and set them on a course of independence. We can help you develop that independence in the areas we deal in, information, training & development, and project management. Are you interested?
