COMMENTS:

  • Material was well presented
  • Instructors gave clear, easy-to-understand explanations
  • Instructors had good understanding of the material
  • We covered a lot of ground, but I now have a really good understanding of what to do next.
  • As a sole proprietor, the info covered will help me to expand my coverage of myself and my company.
  • A great general overview of social media
  • The variety of applications shown. Jeff’s talk on strategy was especially interesting.
  • I liked the multiple instructors. Between the 3 I feel I got a balanced share of the info. Ample time for questions
  • Easy to understand.

Comments:
"Exceeded expectations, great speaker and great subject. Might be even greater if we could use a computer room and do some hands on, this is what we really need to be doing."

"I loved the session. Judi and Whitney were energetic, knowedegeable, and enthusiastic. I learned a lot and was inspired."

"Really fantastic presenter, makes me want to volunteer for her! But I was looking for more information on the actual tools. What are the free online resources for scheduling and managing?"

"I came away with lots of ideas and people to help me with them."

"There wasn't much depth to the presentation"

"It was very helpful. I liked it when we "went live"

Guest Speaker: Social Media - Why?
Comments:
"Thank YOU for coming in to speak with the MTC about Social Media. Speaking as one of the "timid" people, questioning "why" social media, I feel this was a very timely talk. Your data and information about social media sure made me feel less intimidated and more anxious to get more involved. You brought the techno world of social media down to beginners level so we all could comprehend it....thanks! not every speaker can achieve that. Thanks again for your support of the MTC." Regards, Andrea Kaubris Only The Best Travel

"Thank you! It was great to have you there yesterday and your information was good for our group - so many smaller businesses that just need that push into this big world of social media. I, for one, am simply glad to know you are a resource as I navigate my way through facebook (and eventually Twitter!) Thanks again." Best, Pam Lorimer, Jack Daniels Motor Inn
