Jacki on Facebook

Jacki Window began her 18 year career at Shorty's Mexican Roadhouse as an Administrative Assistant working her way up to President of the company. She perfected her financial management skills, as she says, "one checkbook at a time". Since 1990 she has financially managed 2-6 Mexican style restaurants and up to 380 employees.

Jacki believes in creating a team environment by developing employees who change eating from just a restaurant to an experience. Jacki believes that the Hospitality Industry is one of the only industry that makes jobs into careers. She is living proof of that.

Jacki transitioned from President of Shorty's to providing payroll and financial services to a company in Massachusetts. She sits on the food committee at Intervale Golf Club and spend much of her free time playing golf (and Texas Hold em).

Jacki worked in the food industry for over 25 years starting just before her first child was born. She is the mother of 4 and has recently been promoted to Grandma by her oldest daughter. She lives in Bedford with her husband and two teenage children.
